Nancy Bilicich is a Watsonville native with a lifetime commitment to education, public service, and the community she calls home.
Her career in education spans more than 50 years, including service as a teacher, counselor, principal, administrator, and Adult Education Director. Nancy also served nine years on the Watsonville City Council, including service as Mayor.

Nancy has served and participated in numerous local boards, clubs, and organizations, including the Pajaro River Watershed Flood Prevention Authority, Pajaro Valley Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture, Pajaro Valley Historical Association, Soroptimist International of Watsonville, Watsonville Community Band, and Watsonville Woman's Club.
